CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required at time of booking. At Urban Skin Therapy, we understand that life can get in the way. We kindly ask that you give a 48 hour notice before a cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge to the card on file. Failure to show to your appointment with no communication will result in a 100% charge of the service to the card on file.
